Broccoli soup

Broccoli
Almonds
Slices of blue cheese
Salt and pepper
Olive oil

1. Boil broccoli for about one minute with a little bit of salt til it's soft.(keep the stock soup of broccoli.)
2. First put the broccoli in the blender and then add the stock soup until it`s half way up. Then add a little bit od salt and pepper, then blend.
3. Put some almonds and the blue cheese in the bottom of a bowl, again with a little bit of salt and pepper.
4. Pour the soup in the bowl.
5. Add a little bit of olive oil and pepper on the top.

*The flavor of melting blue cheese is lovely and yummy...
